Continuing our collaboration with Los Angeles Academy for Artists & Music Producers (LAAMP), We Are Moving The Needle is excited to offer 2 virtual scholarships to the new 6-week program!
This is a collaborative music program for artists, producers and songwriters in the field of contemporary popular music.

💡 Program Details:
A one-year intensive music program created by world-class mentors. Develop your skills, find your voice and meet the next generation of artists, songwriters, and producers. Team up with mentors that are all experts in the field with proven track records.
The new six-week online program reflects Stargate’s signature commitment to mentorship and creation in a flexible online environment all over the world. We Are Moving The Needle scholarships for LAAMP are designed for intermediate-to-advanced producers and engineers ready to hone their craft alongside artists and songwriters.
Each scholarship recipient will be paired with a mentor from We Are Moving The Needle’s world-class network of mentors.
💡 Scholarship Requirements:
We Are Moving The Needle is proud to offer two (2) virtual scholarships for this year’s program. Please note: for this year’s virtual scholarships, we will be prioritizing those on the producer/engineering track.
We Are Moving The Needle scholarships are open to women, non-binary, and trans individuals with an emphasis on those with a demonstrated commitment to production and engineering.
Scholarships cover full tuition costs of the program. Online applicants should be prepared to record and/or produce from home with their own equipment. Additional gear scholarships and equipment support may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Scholarship applicants will be reviewed for: 1) Overall fit with the LAAMP Program and demonstrated learning goals, 2) Alignment with We Are Moving The Needle’s scholarship qualifications (stated above), 3) Clearly defined goals and demonstrated commitment to work in the field that would benefit from this opportunity.
