We Are Moving The Needle proud to continue our collaboration with Mix With The Masters to offer TWO FULL SCHOLARSHIPS to David Wrench’s 4-day masterclass at Rue Boyer Studios in Paris, France.

💡 Location: Rue Boyer Studios in Paris, France. This is a private, group masterclass.

💡 Program Details:
Each day will feature immersive workshops, listening sessions, and discussions hosted by David Wrench himself, where he will delve into his creative process, uncovering the tools and techniques behind the distinctive sounds of the albums he mixed.
Participants will also have the chance to share their own work with David in order to get personalized feedback and guidance from him. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your professional practice and unlock new inspiration and creative energy.
Each masterclass includes lunch, however other meals, transport, and accommodation are to be arranged by the participants.
Each scholarship recipient will also be paired with a mentor from We Are Moving The Needle’s world-class network of mentors.
💡 About David Wrench: David Wrench is a Welsh producer, mixer, songwriter and musician based in London. Renowned for his work on seminal albums by David Byrne, Frank Ocean, Blur, Pretenders, The xx, Glass Animals, FKA Twigs, Sampha, Caribou, Jungle, Arlo Parks and porij, David has earned a reputation for his innovative and open-minded approach to mixing and music production.

This scholarship covers the full masterclass tuition. Award recipients will be responsible for their own meals, travel and lodging.
💡 Scholarship Requirements:
We Are Moving The Needle is proud to offer two (2) scholarships for this masterclass. Please note: for this scholarship, we will be prioritizing those interested in producing/engineering.
We Are Moving The Needle scholarships are open to women, non-binary, and trans individuals with an emphasis on those with a demonstrated commitment to production and engineering.
Scholarships cover full tuition costs of the masterclass. Award recipients will be responsible for their own meals, travel and lodging.
Scholarship applicants will be reviewed for: 1) Overall fit with the Mix With The Masters Program and demonstrated learning goals, 2) Alignment with We Are Moving The Needle’s scholarship qualifications (stated above), 3) Clearly defined goals and demonstrated commitment to work in the field that would benefit from this opportunity.
